Steve has been around music for most of his life. He started playing the banjo at the age of 12. At the age of 17, he went on the road, and for the last 21 years, has been performing all over the world. He has perfomed with, Summer Wages, The Bass Mountain Boys, The Lonesome River Band, and since 1993 has been a member of IIIrd Tyme Out. His credits include over 60 awards as a musician, and has recorded with many stars of bluegrass and country music. In 1999, Steve started producing a few songs in the studio with local artists, which led to recording, producing, and mixing some of the biggest names in bluegrass. Steve has been married since 1985  to his wife Macie, and they have two children, Stephanie, and Matt,  two dogs Dollie, and Max, and one cat, Cacee. They make their home in Raleigh, NC.

Bill McDonald Eng, Producer Owner

Bill  is from the Raleigh/Durham Area. Bill's background included Country and Rock lead guitar but he never gave up his Bluegrass roots. Bill comes from a musical family which included his grandfather, who taught him how to flatpick and fingerpick the guitar. Bill passed this knowledge to his younger brothers Doug and Mike. They formed a band called the McDonald Brothers in the middle 70's.  Bill was the fiddle player for the Snow Valley Boys during the 80's. Bill is now the Banjo player, baritone vocal and band leader for the Steel Creek Band. Bill Started recording in 1972 with Arthur Smith and has continued to record and produce music ever since.Bill Has been married since 1991 to Janet his wife and they two children Laura and Jessica, one dog Mack. They make their home in Garner , NC. Bill is a software training instructor at Nortel's training center..
